If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at within 10 days of receiving your order and we will make it better.

Please include the following 2 things in your email:

• a photo of the damage to the order, 

• your order number and/or photo of the packing slip inside your box.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to give the water we promised, we do not accept returns or refunds.  Our hope is that if you don’t enjoy a particular scent you would gift your candle to a friend who would enjoy it.  This way it’s the gift that keeps on giving.  Reach out to us at and we can make some recommendations on our current scents that you would enjoy or even perhaps let you in on what’s launching in the future that you might like.
