We’ve got you covered.  We offer FREE Shipping on any order over $120 in Canada and $100 in the USA. We currently do not ship overseas.

Our sense of smell is one of our most powerful senses that we have. They say that a scent can bring back your fondest memories. We have carefully handcrafted our scents to evoke a feeling of wellbeing. If you are unsure, please reach out as we woudl love to help you choose.

For every Candle purchased Pillars of Light Co. is directly donating to GivePower Foundation. With their new Solar water FarmTM desalination technology they can supply clean, safe water to those in developing countries at an incredibly affordable cost. 100% of the donations to GivePower go directly to the solar projects.

GivePower’s Solar Water Farm Max is able to produce 75,000 litres of clean drinking water a day, providing access to 35,000 people every single day!  

The proceeds from the promotion will benefit GivePower Foundation, located at 5002ndStreet, 1stFloor, San Francisco, CA 94107, a 501(c)(3) charity. The donation is tax deductible by Pillars of Light Co., not the purchaser.

Unfortunately, after a purchase has been made we cannot make any changes.  Please make sure you double check your cart before you hit submit.

Your happiness is our first priority and so we want you to love every candle you purchase from Pillars of Light.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@pillarsoflight.co within 5 days of receiving your order and we will make it better. 

Please include the following 2 things in your email:

• a photo of the damage to the order
• your order number and/or photo of the packing slip inside your box

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to give the water we promised, we do not accept returns or refunds.  Our hope is that if you don’t enjoy a particular scent you would gift your candle to a friend who would enjoy it.  This way it’s the gift that keeps on giving.  Reach out to us at hello@pillarsoflight.co and we can make some recommendations on our current scents that you would enjoy or even perhaps let you in on what’s launching in the future that you might like.

Bummer!!  This is never fun or convenient; however we are going to do whatever we can to make it right. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@pillarsoflight.co within 10 days of receiving your order and we will make it better.

Please take a picture of your broken item within 10 days of receiving  your product along with your order number and we will replace your product.

Please note; natural separation from the side of the vessel is normal as these candles are all hand poured.

Yes, absolutley, our candles make the perfect gift that keeps on giving!

We can write a handwritten note on your behalf to the recipient. Just remember to write your note in the "Notes" section of the cart and be sure to enter in thier shipping address. You can use your email and phone number for tracking purposes.

Candle FAQ

Great question!! The burn time of our candles varies depending on the vessel and the environment in which the candle is burning​. Our Founders Collection Candle is designed to offer you over 50+ hours of burn time.

Oh, we are excited for you!! Make sure you burn your candle for 3-4 hours the first time around. You want to make sure your wax pool extends to both ends of the vessel before extinguishing. This will avoid tunnelling!​  Also don’t forget to trim your wick to 1/4"!

This is easier than you think!  To remove the extra wax, you can place it in the freezer and it should pop out of the vessel, or heat up the vessel with some hot water and scoop it out. Please do not dump down the drain!!

Great minds think alike!  We care for our environment and hope that you will enjoy this vessel for years beyond the initial candle scent. You can repurpose your vessel in so many different ways; as a flower plant, pencil/pen holder, makeup brush holder, etc. We would love to see how you repurpose yours - be sure to tag us IG to share your ideas and you may even be featured in one of our next posts!!

Excellent question!!  We use only 100% North American Eco-Friendly Soy wax, and lead free wicks.  Our complex scents are created by one premium fragrance house which uses only luxury ingredients which are based in essential oils.  All of our scents are phthalate free and paraben free.
